We have a highly qualified team of trained landscape professionals and horticulturalists that can assist you in creating a unique, relaxing and enjoyable addition to your home.

Design Packages
8 Price Packages listed below for every budget
1) Master plan custom 2D design
a. Aerial view plan of yard and areas discussed
b. Computer generated – some might be hand drawn
c. Scaled
d. Key of required materials for pricing
Note:
– price starts for approx. 50 x 150 feet of area
– quote will be provided during initial landscape consultation
– confirms all fees and deposits
– any additional costs
– property site plan if available required
– step 1 – pictures/videos of property or area to be designed
– step 2 – determine style and vision, photos, magazine/internet pictures
– step 3 – share plant preferences and determine trees, plants, groundcovers, lifestyle, etc
– step 4 – deliver and submit everything, look over all you shared and approve and we get to work
Master plan STARTS at $1200.00 & up + HST – varies with size and complexity (60% deposit due up front)
You will be presented with a 10% discount coupon valid for 6 months on non-sale plant material only when plan is completed
2) In store sketch – hand drawn – front or back yard – not to scale
a. Call to arrange in store service appointment – 60 minute time slot, 60 minute personal shopper
b. You must bring: property measurements, photos or magazine cutouts with dimensions, soil and light conditions
c. We will review property, photos, etc and produce sketch of either front or back ‘subdivision sized lot’
Starting at $250.00 + HST
Front and Back starting at $600 + HST
You will be presented with a 10% discount coupon valid for 6 months on non-sale plant material only when plan is completed
3) Virtual design service – for small garden design DIY – not to scale
a. We provide suggestions for existing garden(s) or new garden
b. You provide size, shape and dimensions via email, photo’s with dimensions, location of large objects ie. Trees, sheds, decks and if area is shady or sunny
c. You receive drawing of your garden with proposed plant material, quote for supply and install if interested
Starting at $200.00 + HST
You will be presented with a 10% discount coupon valid for 6 months on non-sale plant material only when plan is completed
Note: if this design project is beyond scope of our design fee, you will be told of additional fees required to proceed or refund provided
4) Subdivision front yard design fee (or small business) - MOST POPULAR
a. Includes site visit – time appointment 45 minutes
b. Measurements
c. Computer generated plan – some might be hand drawn
d. Key of required materials
e. One revision
Starting at $650.00 + HST ( most popular )
